  • Breast Care Screening

This measure is used to assess the percentage of female patients aged 50 to 69 years who had a mammogram performed during the two-year measurement period.

  • Chlamydia Screening

This measure is used to assess the percentage of women 16 through 25 years of age who were identified as sexually active who had at least one test for Chlamydia during the measurement year.

  • Cervical Cancer

This measure is used to assess the percent of women age 21 to 64 screened for cervical cancer in the past three years.
